After filling in your payment details and clicking the
MAKE REQUEST GREEN BUTTON, please be aware that the money from your debit/credit card is pre-authorised and the appropriate funds are then reserved by us. Only when the booking is confirmed (from us via email) then the full amount will be charged to your debit/credit card.
If you make a booking error and the
MAKE REQUEST GREEN BUTTON is clicked more than once (making additional bookings) the funds will take up to 10 working days to be refunded to your debit/credit card by the bank.
Please makes sure you fill out all required information boxes, otherwise your booking will not be accepted and wll keep being rejected.
There is now a £100.00 deposit taken for each hire.
This deposit will be refunded back to you at the end of the hire,
providing there is no damage to the vehicle you are hiring
and it is returned on time with the correct amount of fuel.

When your booking has been accepted you will get a confirmation email from the Manager of the Branch where you are collecting your vehicle from.
If you do not receive this within the next few hours please telephone Central Reservations on
08000 51 52 53 (within office hours).
With the change in the law (on the 8th June 2015), when you come in to hire a vehicle you need four things:
Your photocard driving licence, or the old style paper licence.
Your National Insurance number.
A recent Utility Bill, or a Bank Statement to verify your address (dated with in the last 3 months).
A Credit, or Debit Card for payment; the card holder must be present to pay when you collect your chosen vehicle.
IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS THEN WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HIRE A VEHICLE TO YOU.

For this you will need your Driving Licence Number, National Insurance Number and Driving Licence Post Code - simply follow the instructions online.
Please note that this security code is only valid for a single use and for 72 hours.
Please bring this code together with your Driving Licence, identification and payment card when you collect the vehicle.
