- Accident Report - detailing all the incidents of the accident.
- Additional Drivers - You may wish other members of your party to drive the vehicle you have hired. For insurance reasons the hire company must be aware of these people. There is often an extra charge payable for additional drivers.
- Administration Charges - a fee is charged for Speeding, Congestion, Bridge Toll, Bus Lane, Parking Fine, Accident, or any other traffic, or parking contraventions.
- Age Limits - Drivers between 21 and 25 years of age may drive a Small Car, providing they have held a full clean Driving Licence for 2 years. Drivers between 25, and 75 years of age can drive any other vehicle. Conditions apply to 7.5tonne, 18tonne Vehicles and Minibuses.
